STRAWBERRY YOGHURT - Chocolate or Matcha chiffon cake filled with strawberry compote and fresh strawberries and Strawberry yoghurt cream.

EARL GREY - Earl grey infused chiffon cake w/ earl grey infused cream - topped with dried flowers.

CHOCOLATE - Chocolate chiffon cake w/ fresh chocolate cream, filled with dark chocolate ganache and topped with chocolate & almond tuile.

MATCHA- Matcha chiffon cake w/ fresh cream and matcha, filled with milk chocolate ganaché.
